We can advise on accessibility and answer questions on where content should sit on the website.

You can also tell us about broken links you've found on the website. These are fixed within one to two working days.
Timings for other content:
- news stories are published in one to three days
- areas of investment and support are reviewed and followed up by a content designer
- all other content is added or updated within 15 working days, unless it is complex and gets referred for forward planning
Requests for new or more complex content are assessed and scheduled into our planned workload.
Important notice
We have reduced capacity until Christmas 2026. During this time, we are prioritising requests related to:
- news
- funding opportunities
- priority programmes
- policy, strategy and budget
- events
We will still assess requests outside these areas, but they may take longer to complete, so we appreciate your patience.
